What's up?

Hey all! Welcome to our new (and hopefully improved) website. We've been
crazy busy this past month, and we're headed to El Salvador at the end of
January, so if you can see this before February, we're doing pretty good.

Come by to try our new monthly drink features, like Café Soufflé in February;
you have to eat it with a spoon...

And if you haven't tried our new Coast Guard Tribute Blend, "First Light,"
you've got to taste it! At least swing by our new drive thru on Ehringhaus St
(you can come in your jammies) and leave with one awesome triple French
roast with no bitterness... thanks Gee.

What's Muddy's all about?

Welcome to the world of coffee. Espresso is an art and a science. It takes
talent, skill and motivation (in the way of a little quantum intention). We love
it all and find that it is its own challenge and reward. We are constantly
looking at other barista innovators to continually improve ourselves. Our
management team consists of a USBC (United States Barista Competition)
certified judge, an SCAA (Specialty Coffee Association of America) certified
barista/top placing regional competitor and a seasoned USBC competitor.
We’ve visited tiny farms in Nicaragua and are on our way to help pick coffee
on huge farms in El Salvador. So our feet might be on the ground in the
small town of EC, but our heads are in the clouds with all the other crazy
committed baristas, roasters and coffee growers in the world.
